Transfers

  1. Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session.
  2. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability.
  3. Transfers may only be made by Youth Programs Coordinators.

Make-up Classes

Make-ups are a courtesy that we extend to our customers they are not guaranteed and sometimes there are not other classes available to do a make-up in.

  1. In order to qualify for a make-up class, customers must let us know in advance when their child will be absent.
  2. Make-ups are done on a space available basis.
  3. Make-ups do not carry over into the next session and cannot be done the last week of class.
  4. Only 3 allowed per session and they are not guaranteed.

Registration

  1. No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment.
  2. All registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  3. No new registrations accepted after week 4 of the session.
  4. Kick City Memberships ($10/year) are required for all participants.

Trial Classes

  1. All first time trial classes are free of charge.
  2. Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available.
  3. Customers may only do 1 free trial per customer unless there was a special circumstance that was approved by a coordinator.
  4. We only offer free trials weeks 1 – 4. After week 4 there will be designated dates and times that you can sign up for. The curriculum is very progressive and does not allow for free trials and sign ups after week 4.
  5. Customers must call ahead and schedule their Free Trial.

Credit/Refund Policy

Customers may drop from the classes prior to the end of week 4 and we will give you either a credit or refund for the remaining weeks. After week 4 if you drop from the class you will not be able to receive a refund or a credit. This is due to the curriculum being progressive and we cannot add new kids to the class to fill the spots after week #4. Memberships are non-refundable unless you drop prior to the first class.

Discounts (only 1 applied per session and only good weeks 1 – 4)

Sibling – defined as children that reside in the same household and are under the care of the same parent/guardian. The sibling discount is $15 off for each child after the first who are enrolled in the same session.

Multiple Class Per Week – defined by a child who is enrolled in more than one class session per week. Participant will receive $15 off the total of the second class fee.
